Hi, I'm Antonino Sanfilippo — and I want to share with you the real story of how I took back control of my body, my health, and my life.
Just a few years ago, I was stuck. I weighed over 115 kilograms, constantly felt tired, and had no confidence left in myself. I knew something had to change — but I didn't know where to start. Every diet failed, every gym attempt was short-lived, and I kept going in circles.
That's when I made a decision: I became my own experiment.
I immersed myself in the science of nutrition, testing different eating strategies until I found what worked. But transformation didn't stop in the kitchen — I also took charge of my training.
I began with the legendary 5x5 strength training routine, made famous by Reg Park. It helped me build a strong foundation of power and muscle, while continuing to melt away fat.
